CASF Breakfast Seminar – Three Things that Will Help You Avoid a Major Moisture Failure in your Next Project
Presented by George DuBose, GCG and Donald B. Snell, PE, CMC

“These days it’s not about getting the work…it’s about getting the work done right with today’s labor force limitations.”

Getting work done correctly with limitations like labor scarcity and inexperience is resulting in some of the largest water, humidly and mold driven building failures seen in five years.  This talk will present the top three things you can do right now to bridge this gap and avoid a major moisture building failure on your next project.
  • You will learn the best tools available to reinstate lost institutional memory that can prevent future loss from mold and moisture problems.
  • You will be provided with a tool that you can use right now to boost your knowledge of the most important factors required to avoid future water and humidity driven building failures in South Florida.
  • You will walk away with examples of both a failure and a success story on projects.
